Do what i did and get some top notch fat burners that target the fatty areas. Used some guys who really knew their stuff, if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is www.myhealthabc.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.
Hope this helps, Stephanie

there is no way to spot reduce or target an area for fat loss.

however, lowering overall bodyweight will effectively remove fat from all over your body (or wherever it is stored).

try to improve your treadmill workout by performing it before breakfast. this way the body has no nutrients to use and must resort to burning fat for energy. while cardio helps you to remove fat, light weight exercise will help tone and shape your body parts. weight exercise should be performed about an hour after a meal so that there are plenty of nutrients to tone up your muscles. so remember, treadmill/cardio in the early morning. weights after a meal.

finally drink plenty of water, i personally think the recommended 8 glasses is too much. 4 - 6 is good. this will help to speed up your metabolism

Well, if you're healthy, then there's no need for this Q. Anyways. To help your thighs, walk around the block every day, run with friends and do simple exercise, join a sport team at school. Tummy- do 20 sit ups every day :)

From what I've read, what you're doing is perfect to help tone up the stomach, hips and bum area.

Walking up stairs is good for the bum area.

And you might like to try some weights to help with your muscle development and metabolism.

The elliptical trainer is good for you legs and bum. Also, any kind of cardio will shrink you tummy. So sets of squats thru out the day.
