My mom recently bought this food and fed it to her Shih Tzu dogs yesterday..This morning she found the oldest dog (who possibly has breast cancer) is about 12-13 yrs old shaking and could not hold up her head or walk.. and the younger dog who is about 9- 10 yrs old tried to walk and fell on her face 2 times..The younger one is doing better, but the older one unfortunately, is not..I know that it is probably something to do with the lumps in her breasts, but my mom thinks that it is something in the food..She has always fed them Kibbles n Bits, but not with breath bites...Just wondering if anyone could help?
Thank you very much!

It may or may not be the food but it is quite a coincidence that they are both exhibiting odd symptoms at the same time. they both need to go to the vet as soon as possible- they may have gotten onto something else that could be toxic. Whether or not it is the food, change brands, anyway. As a general rule of thumb any dog food that can be bought at a grocery store is of poor quality. Choose one from a pet or specialty store. It may be a bit more expensive but will save on vet bills in the long run.

Kibbles n' bits is about as low of quality dog food as you can get (About the only thing lower is Ol' Roy from Walmart!).

The dog really needs to see a vet - In a dog that old, it's probably not the food, but a more serious problem.

Kibbles in Bits is a very, very poor quality food.It is loaded with cheap fillers, by products, sugars, dyes and chemical preservatives. It is very poor nutrition for a dog.

Dogs are meat eaters not grain eaters. They are made to get nutrition from meats not grains.

If that was the ONLY dog food on the planet to feed a dog, I would spend all my spare time cooking for mine. Kibbles N' Bits is the WORST food ever. It is CHEMICALS that make the "soft" bits. CHEMICALS. The food is CRAP!!!!!!!

not one of the organic selection dry food exchange into on the bear in mind record. The moist food that alter into recalled isn't returned on the cabinets yet. IMHO its an somewhat solid food. Low in fillers and intense in top classification meat. i could be giving it to my cats, yet they gained't consume it. I even have the pickiest cat on the planet i think of

I find it odd, that the dogs both exhibited the same signs at the same time. It could be the food.

Kibbles and Bits is not the best for quality.

Royal Canin is probably the best you can get. You may want to try that.
