The obvious answer is a little pasta with sauce. However a nice salad works, or even some cooked vegetables. I would go with pasta or salad though.

Spaghetti is always good.
Or wild rice or rice pilaf.
You could also try linguini with butter sacue as a side.
Or orzo pasta with zuchinis in it.
Cook the orzo pasta, then put it in a pan with sliced zuchini, jsu judge when to take it out (about once the zuchini gets soft)

I serve my Chicken Parmesan over a bed of pasta, a chef's salad, and warm crescent rolls.
You could serve it with steamed broccoli and a twice baked potato. My sister does that.

I sugesst spaghetti is a great side dish and a salad with baby shrimp. If you like shrimp. Also a great white wine is Elk Cove

Spaghetti sauteed in olive oil and toss in some tomato's and basil and top off with a little Romano cheese.
