I only have dumbells....

When I'm on my back, does it matter which way my wrist is facing? LIke should they be positioned like if i was holding a cup of water or the other way?

lay on your back with a dumbell in each hand so your elbows are perpindicular to your body and on the ground. push them up and bring them together, then back down. also, pushups help (after you get good at those, put some weights on your back. this helps with balance and adds resistance)

lay on your back with your arms outstretched to your side like a T and bring them from the ground to straight up in the air. this is the fly motion, itll help build up the muscles of your chest. also try some push ups

Always start your chest workout with incline dumbell presses. This will fill in your upper chest and make it bigger.

try push ups, sit ups will also help ur abs and tr various excercises with your dumbells

a friend of mine told me that diamond pushups help build your chest real well.
