Give me 10 reasons why I shoud be a Muslim.

I would never give anybody any reason to join any religion. They are all nonsense and baloney....most especially Islam.

1. Islam (and other monotheistic religions) are a ticket to heaven.
2. Islam is a brotherhood; you become part of it. We won't let you down! :)
3. You can focuse on spiritual enhancement/praying etc.
4. It has a logical explanation for everything
5. I feel safe from evil because I know God protects me
6. Islam guves us many rights; you just have to take 'em
7. Provides true meaning to life
8. In the here-after our faces will be eminating with light
9. God can become my best friend (not too sound emo lol)
10. Islam can be molded to my lifestyle

1. Muslims are becoming an embarrassment
2. We don't follow true Islam
3. There is barely any deep/independent thinking anymore
4. Most of us stray from the intellectual path God encourages
5. We are very susceptible to sin (everyone is right?)
6. We all think ONLY we are right and other Muslims are wrong
7. We complain but don't do enough
8. There is a lot of discrimination
9. The "Islamic" government/laws are ridiculous! (i.e. Burka)
10. Many of us are hypocrites and don't even know it
(11.) There are way too many illiterate and brainwashed Muslims (I'm not talking terrorismm, I'm talking traditions in general.)
12. There are a lot of Muslims I feel uncomfortable around...kinda like when you're by a hippie AHaaha

3. The only religion that assures getting all of ur rights fairly.
4. The only religion that mentions how to handle every problem u face in your life.
5. The only religion that can make u feel self-satisfied.

Important Lessons in being Muslims should be learnt from the holy Quran and Ahadees i.e. Sayings and Acts of the Holy Prophet but basically it is the advantanges which can get if you practice it to the best should be known to you.Following are the few for immediate reference, please:
i)-Islam can provide you a direct communion with God, which other religions are no more capable to do so being far away from their source due to time
ii)-Islam provides you guidence for living a balanced life, ensuring the success in this world and hereafter,
iii)-Islam provides you the hope for continuous help from angles
iv)-Islam provides you guidence for making best efforts to serve mankind
v)-Islam provides you the most suitable economic system for juducious distribution of resources
vi)-Islam relieves of superstitions and gives you a meaningful concept of life
vii)-Islam strictly prohibits the waisting of time and money in frivolous pursuit
viii)-Islam keeps you reminding of duties to society and your near ones in particular
ix)-Islam keeps reminding the persuit of knowledge in all circumstances and all ages
x)-Islam keeps the respect for all other religions and their prophets

1. you have to respect your parents and other elders
2. you cant steal or lie
3. you have to give to the poor
4. you have to have a pure heart (cant backtalk)
5. every amount of good you do will be remembered on judgement day--even non-muslims will be forgiven based on their goodness
6. it teaches forgiveness
7. it teaches humility and modesty and not arrogance and conceit
8. prayer makes you feel at peace and it teaches cleanliness
9. many miracles in islam. also it teaches you to think for yourself

1- u just believe in ONE god(ALLAH)
2- u learn from Prophet mohammed alot
3- u prove that god exsits fivr times aday
4- u give amount every year to poor ppl
5- u fast one whole month of ramadan to feel what mercy sent to us by having food
6- u visit mecca if u can and pray for god and clean u spirit from any sins
7- u learn peace ( if u want to learn about peace in islam u read moslem sorces)
8- u dont need to do alot to please god any way just pray and dont hurt anyone
9- if u make hells of sins by reading a page of Quraan u will feel god mercy
10- islam system in life is totally different than any other religion .. Quraan is not man-made god sent and its well kept uptill now ,go throught it once and read

Islam is man centred (about us praying, us giving to the poor, us going on pilgrimage, us fasting etc,), Christianity is God centred- about how in Christ he has provided a way we can be saved.

Any good in the Christian is only due to God working in his life, any bad was punished on the cross.
Any good in the non-Christians life is his pride and self righteousness, any bad is the reason he can't enter the purity of heaven.
Only when we humble ourselves and accept the forgiveness God provides in Christ can we be free of the punishment our sinful lives deserve and enjoy God for eternity in heaven.
