example someone who dies from a drugs overdose etc or would someone dying with a heart attack also have to be buried like this also.?

Well it depends. if the cardiac arrest is braught on by drug ussage then, yes, they would have to be burried without clothing. In some cases the deceased would be allowed to wear clothing during the viewing in accordence with certain religious custom, but would ofcourse have to be re-stripped before burrial.

They don't have to be buried naked. The only time special circumstances are made for burials is when someone dies from something like radiation poisoning and their body is still giving off radiation, then they bury them in lead-lined coffins to contain it.
