You're very lucky! - you're still in what I would call your 'growth spurt years' .... this is a time, until you're about 21 when your body is still in it's childhood 'overdrive' mode .... you can eat and nothing seems to accumulate anywhere .... however a word of warning ..... this is all very well for now, but just watch that you don't get into a 'take it for granted' mindset, because as you get older and your body's metabolism slows down (and it does happen to most of us!) you will still be in the 'I can eat anything' mode, this is when the weight becomes a problem because your mind is saying I musn't eat 10 bars of chocolate - but your body is saying I want it! .... it's a bit like telling a 16 year old that what he's doing now is wrong - when he's been doing it for 16 years and nobody said anything then .... if you're concerned about your physical wellbeing then get yourself a general checkover just to put your mind at ease.
Alternatively change the chocolate bars for fruit - then your body can have as much as it wants for as long as it wants ... and you will never suffer guilt pangs!!!

You have a high metabolism- this is controlled by your thyroid gland. Plus at the age of 18,you are still growing. I f you want to bulk up, start going to the gym and build muscle as this adds weight and bulk.A good time to grow is now as your body is still goriwing. Don't eat junk, just good food which helps your body repair after a good workout.

it becuase ur motabolism is fast. Ur body is in relativley good shape and it can bear to digest many things witout blowing u up. Or it could b becuase u have a gene in ur gentic gene pool called "Mesaphorotine" which is a gene that is carried down from generation from generation in ur family that helps u digest ur food but not itake on the fats and the cholesterol.

wow ! 6'1 and only 123 lbs, that is very, very light for that height.

you are probably not eating as many calories as you think. if you are active and young it's very easy to consume foods like that and not gain weight especially if you don't eat whole foods along with your chocolate intake. eating candy like that can take away the appetite and just makes you crave more candy and not real food.

Not sure, it could be tape worm but probably isn't as i can eat as much as i want and still remain at 7 n half stone .... i feel i will wake up one day and it will all have catched up with me.
