1. Joy
2. Inner Peace
3. Contentment
4. Purpose
5. Meaning
6. Hope
7. Love
8. Stress free lifestyle
9. Nice sleep

No one will force you to be a Christian, its a matter of choice.
Try getting all the material things this world can offer. See if, it can give those things listed above.
This world can only give fear and anxiety, purposeless, boring and meaningless life.
I believe that Christianity is meant only for the rare and few, that is why its so difficult and hard to understand, despite the fact of its simple instruction , Love God and love thy neighbor.

You only ever have to read 1 book. You can ignore History. You can ignore Science. You can ignore logic. You can despise freethinkers. You can become a sheep, and accept fiction. You never need to apologise for anything Christianity has done that has killed people. You can speak to a voice in your head, and avoid reality. You can brainwash and condition others into accepting lies. And finally, you get to spend time with other psychosis sufferers.

1. Because God demands that we love him and each other
2. Because we don't and need the forgiveness he provides in Christ
3. Because when we trust in him he empowers us by his Spirit to live more like him- therefore more loving
4. Because it provides hope
5. Because it provides an answer to death- eternal life
6. Because it is the only way
7. Because it is the only truth
8. Because it satisfies our spiritual need
9. Because it cleanses our consciences and makes us more sensitive to our sinfulness and the suffering around us
10. Because it doesn't delude itself that we're good enough to God- but is realistic enough to admit that we're not, and shows how we can have peace with God in Christ.

Good question by the way

I'm tempted to give you some sarcastic reasons, but I'm not in the mood to. It's a big scam.

You'll be intolerent
You'll discriminate against just about everyone (different religions, homosexuals, etc.)
You'll be brainwashed
You'll have no appreciation for this life
You'll disagree with anything that goes against your holy book
Must I continue?
