Well there really isn't any changing the situation you are in, except to make it better! Enjoy your life with your child, do everything you can to further your education and stay close to your family. There are plenty of other single mothers out their who have struggled, yet they still make the best of it! You can too!
Best of Luck!

I like to think of unplanned children as surprises. It was on The Rosanne Show once when DJ asked if he was an accident, Rosanne said no you were a surprise. A surprise is something you didn't know you wanted until you have it. A lot of children are accidents/surprises, life doesn't go how you planned it. Just because he wasn't planned, doesn't mean your life is over, you have choices, do the best you can, & love that baby with all of your heart. Things have a way of working out. Good Luck

This happens to lots of people. Just STOP HAVING BABIES now, until you are an adult and married, with enough resources to take care of more kids. One is enough for now, just do your best. One of my best friends in high school dropped out and had a baby when she was 17. He is great and very smart, 9 years old now...but her very supportive family had much to do with how well things turned out. Your prioity is your child, not relationships or getting pregnant 'on accident' as you say.

i guess it depends... but i was the best mistake my parents made, and they were the ebst mistakes their parents made, and my baby although not born yet was made a little too early and i think it was the best thing for my husband and i..... then again there are people i've know that resent their children and are rather mean to their kids because they were mistakes... so technically i guess its up to you... I say congraduylations to both you and your ex... you did something beautiful- now just raise your baby boy into a wonderful young man.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question..But, congrats to you for choosing to keep/raise your son. I'm glad your son's dad is helping out..Stay in school..If you can, try to go to night school or college part-time. You want to make the best possible life for your baby boy.

Having a kid young is tough but it can make you stronger and more mature. I had a son at age18 and now almost 18 later I can say it was the best experience of my life.

No, as long as u can handle it. I am 15 and I have a 2 year old son and I'm not with his father either. Just as long as u handle haveing your kid i don't think it is bad.

Not all accidents are bad. Especially when the accident results in a baby.
