I think knowing more knowledge about your mental health problems would help, maybe it's due to your illness she worries if you are not very sociable and maybe thinks your feeling lonely when watching other people so she wants to distract you from others, maybe she feels your not paying enough attention to what she is saying maybe she worries about loosing you as company the list could go on and on, just ask her I'm sure she can tell you a better answer than any of us.

It's not appropriate for your mental health worker to have any feelings for you. Totally inappropriate, unprofessional, and illegal. So if you think somehow he or she is being inappropriate then tell them so. If it continues then tell your school.

She wants to look at your facial expressions, You are talking to her so she is the one you need to be looking at when speaking to her.If you have a hard time looking people in the eyes when speaking to them you need to tell her this. This could be one of the problems you will need to address in counseling.

If you have cannibal tendencies I can see why that would make her nervous. Put down the salt and pepper pots when you look around and she may feel more at ease :o)
