“Wutup? We are situated on a spherical planet moving through space in which gravity is bound up with the curvature of space time by matter. Who is to say what is up and what is not?”
Respond like this and people will never ask you "wutup" again.

Actually, there are a number of appropriate responses to this question. Your answer should depend on your assessment of the asker. If it is a woman and you don't know her, then you should consider it a direct insult and issue the requisite pimp slap [unless you are a mark, then it's justified]
On the other hand, if it is a woman you know and have a rapport with, you can let it slide.

Now if it's a man, things change. If you don't know him then it's time to reach for the steel, because an altercation may be imminent. There can only be one boss in such a scenario, so let'em know who it is. [again, unless you are a mark, then run or empty your pockets.]

If you know the man, then simply return the greeting with one of similar grammatical ineptitude. It's called slang, and there's nothing wrong with it.

first i would correct their grammer and tell them the proper pronunciation of that questions is "what's up?' then, i would probably answer by saying the sky or the clouds or the birds or something of that sort.

You say, "Up is a preposition. Do you need to know what part of speech any other words are?"

Just say, Hi!"

I'd say, "Not much" or "Dang, I'm BORED" or the ever-popular "The ceiling".
