Coleslaw, chicken, a little onion and sweetcorn.
Roast beef, onion, mayo, english mustard and horseradish.
Chopped hard-boiled egg, salad cream (not mayo) mustard and cress or watercress. If you mix the salad cream with the eggs and leave in the fridge for about an hour before making the sandwich they take on a better flavour.
Tuna in sunflower or olive oil (drained) mixed with mayo, english mustard and a little onion.
Or a fry-up sandwich.........Fried egg, bacon,tomato and mushrooms. eat with a knife and fork...(lovely!)

This recipe is similar to the one my mom makes and it is soooooo good.
Grind 1lb ring bologna (plain or garlic). I do this in the food processor these days but I used to use the grinding attachment on my Kitchenaid mixer. Mom always used one of those hand crank grinders. (My mom uses this too)
To the ground bologna stir in 1/4 C of sweet pickle relish and about 1/2 C of Hellman's or MW. If using plain bologna I usually add some garlic powder. Now for the hard part.... adjust to taste. I never actually measure the relish or the mayo. The better the bologna the better this turns out.

Coronation Chicken's a nice change - chicken in mayo with a little seasoning, curry powder and mango chutney and a splash of lemon juice on a bed of crunchy lettuce. Try that.

Take 1 tsp of curry powder and mix with a little orange juice. Add to mayonnaise.
This can be used with left over chicken to liven it up or chopped eggs.
Really nice
