sort of yes. over a period seven years our bodies are efffectively regenerated. this seven year cycle repeats all our lives (as far as i recall from my school days 18+ years ago).
but once they get to the predifined size determined by your genetics, then they remain at that size.
again as far as i recall from my school days.

yes, apparantly they do... and also your nose too, which is somehow scarey, as my other halfs dad has a huge honker!!
