Since Bush made his idiotic speech about sending more troops, violence has esculated.. over a hundred yesterday.. 35 more today...does he even have a clue. Does he not realize that in his randem act of invading Iraq to get Sadaam for daddy, all he did was start an all out civil war. The Iraqis are no better off... and about 30,000 more of them are dead. just what has he proven. I know Haliburton is happy, daddy is happy.. but what about our ppor soldiers and what about the helpless Iraqi people.. just how does he think he will ever fix this mess he created?

Iraq was more stable and under control before the U.S.A invaded that country. Now it's experiencing a ugly civil war. American soldiers and the allied soldiers are dieing every day, not to forget the Iraqis them selves. Iraq is a failed operation and U.S.A stepped on a booby trap, now it can't just lift it's leg up and run back home. There will be more lives will be lost and the Iraqis will be suffering more. The economy in Iraq is in total misery and U.S.A will end up paying a high price with their soldier's lives for an unnecessary war. The sooner they pull back the troops, it's better for the U.S.A. and for the Iraqis. The U.S.A should stay away from the middle east and stop trying to be the saviour of the world.

Ask the Military..
Are they happy? Probably not, no one hates war more than a veteran..
Are they Proud for what they are doing?? Resounding YES!!
They know they are doing an honorable and needed mission.

The Iraqis are much better off today......read some of the link provided. It is something the Liberal Media will never show you. It is the positive things being accomplished by our Country and our Military.
The recent dead are most likely those that would eventually be Insurgents. If things keep up, we wont have any terrorists(Insurgents) left to kill, with any luck they will kill each other.

Random act? I think not, it was something that the former president ( Billy Bob ) should have done, but chose to look the other way.
Haliburton happens to be the most qualified contractor for the job. There are lots of contractors making a good living because of Iraq and I am sure some of them are owned or supported by Liberals

The plan was for US companies to gain control of the Iraqi oil. That mission is accomplished, all right. The US helped to start this civil war to have an excuse to stay, and stay they will, until they squeezed the last drop of oil out. What does Bush care for what his successor will have to deal with?

Those people who connect Iraq with the 11th September are just people who have listened too long to the propaganda of the present gouvernment, or have not bothered to inform themselves.
If you only could remember: It was supposed to be about weapons of mass destruction, not even Bush was daft enough to make a connection to al Qaeda at that stage. In the meantime, however, any terrorist organisation will find a fertile breeding ground for new members; what did anyone expect?

I used to be anti-US-gouvernment, but the more idiotic answers I see here, the more I start detesting US citizens as well, the majority seem to be a lot of silly sheep, too lazy to think for themselves, and proud of it into the bargain. If that's the product of education in "the greatest country" - I'm not impressed. Those people should at least keep quiet, an old Irish saying is: "Rather stupid than hunchbacked, hunchbacked you can see from a distance."

If there is any justice, we will see the last people evacuated from the roof of a US embassy again.
I can't wait.

Of those 35 killed today you neglected to mention they were killed by other Iraqis or insurgents from other countries. Have you ever served? Any concept what it means to serve your country? Ever been to Iraq...or even the Middle-east to get an understanding that their culture has little value for life? Especially all of us infidels. What does the word randem mean? If you meant random...there was nothing random about sending our troops into Iraq. If you actually believe that any further attempt to inform you of the realities in the middle-east are hopeless.

So to you nothing is worth fighting for then?
Would you happen to remember 9/11?
When we were attacked?
Ringin' any bells? The point of going into Iraq is to create democracy, help these people and their government stand on their own two feet, and create an ally in the war on terror.
You scream about all these people dying, yet in every war people died, and think of how many more would be dead-(including our citizens) if we had done nothing?
War is not good, but the cause and what you're fighting for is.
If we leave now, we'll have to return in the next decade.
And then you'll all whine about how should've "finished the job."

Yeah there will always be a rising death toll over there, yes the whole war is appalling and many are injured and many are killed many soldiers don't see their families for over a year due to extensions on there orders it is unfair and almost seems senseless because Our men women and children are fighting a people that do not by any means VALUE LIFE they are detonating children, to many suicide bombings to even begin to mention but if you think that it is fear full and scary think about us the wives the husbands of our USA Sailor's,Army,Marines, and Coast Guard, we are past petrified.

I would venture to bet, you have know idea what Haliburton is or what it does. Just like most of you liberals. All you do is print what you here or read by your other liberal pukes. Look up Haliburton and you will see why they are used. Just like the last 6 Pres that have used them exclusively. Do your research before you make your self look stupid, Oh you already did that, OOPS!

So is Haliburton as happy as you are?
Keep close count of the dead as you seem to enjoy it and I want you to be Happy
Do you get hard thinking about and counting dead Americans
Care for troops
Keep score that is evil and sick

he doesn't have to his successor will have to deal with it. And besides the death toll will only rise. The insurgents are fearless, they've lost their country, a way of government that actually works, their jobs at the oil plants, what else do they have to loose? All the extra soldiers are just going to make more targets for them as they are fight a gurrella campaign against an enemy that can't seem to learn form it's mistakes. cough *Vietnam* cough
