my hands and feet are always constantly cold. whether i am in a cold or warm room they are always cold. i have read a little bit on Renauds theory but im not sure if its that. Blood pressure is normal. i cant imagine what else it could be. i have a dr's appt this week but just thought id give it a show on here. please help. thanks for the help. its very appreciated.

Have your doctor test the TSH levels in your blood. Cold hands and feet could be a symptom of Hypothyroidism.

I feel sorry that you have this condition. May I offer some advice? The internet is not the proper place to look for a solution for a medical problem. You cannot be checked for blood pressure, body temperature, etc. Please see your doctor for the proper help.

I have the same problem, my pressure is fine, and my doc sees no reall danger of having it.

poor circulation or more probably anxiety. when we are anxious our blood leaves or extremities and goes to our heart and brain for the "fight or flight" response.
