is it possible to have a wart on your forehead?

I think you can have a wart just about anywhere, yes, even down there. A doctor should be able to remove it.

I've heard, but not tried, cutting a piece of a cold brown potato and rubbing it on the wart. Again, I have never tried this because the stuff from the store cleared the one I had up nicely.
