Well, I'm not really sure if the dealership is ripping you off....because they do have to make some profit too. However, if you look on Carsdirect.com the MSRP and Invoice prices are as follows:
LX 4dr Sedan $16,960 / $15,530
LX 2dr Coupe $16,760 / $15,348
Check out the prices there and make a decision. The link is below

Are you getting it stock? With no options packages?
If so, then yeah, it looks like they might be ripping you off. Both sites below list the MSRP of the 2007 Civic LX Sedan as $16,960.
