Lack of circulation. If exercise doesn't help, it could be something more serious like diabetes or internal bleeding, so please see your doctor!

Poor circulation. All my friends who gave cold extremities don't exercise (myself included) so that's a definite possibility.

Your toes are the biggest contributer to the loss of heat in your body (since they stick out). It could be caused by bad circulation.

i always have cold feet and hand. even in the summer. maybe anemia cause cold feet.
