wellllllll if ya'll aren't already an "item" then i wouldn't text her and say i love you. but if your in high school and you text her, then she'll probably think it's a prank and reject you even though she might like/love you back. and if none of that applies, then GOD learn to be more romantic than that, i would be pissed if i had to tell my friends that my guy said he loved me through a text message.

Dude don't text it. Just talk to her in person, you don't just send a text like that, especially since she is not your girlfriend. Plus in talking to her you can judge her reaction, texting and email you have no idea of the tone to the whole thing.

she wont texted you back .....cause thats lame if you love a girl and you are going to tell her it's more of an impact if you tell her in person....trust me...i had a guy do that once and i didn't know if he ment it or just as a friend like what i say to my girlfriends....
