Just wondered if combining them all tonight would be too much sitting altogether. Would it be better to get everything ready then add the meat in the morning before i turn it on?

I would leave the meat out until you are ready to start the slow cooker
and I would brown the meat before you put it in the slow cooker as well (it gives it a nicer flavour)

If you are serving it for supper tomorrow, wait.

Brown your meat first. Drain it. Then add the hot meat to the rest of hte chili ingredients in your crockpot. Cover and come back in 8 hours hungry!

When cooking chili....the longer the ingredients are together the better. They meld into a wonderful flavor.

Check out RachelRay.com or FoodNetwork.com for hints on cooking chili.

Enjoy!!! :)

Have you ever noticed that chili is better the next day? I have. Mix them now. It gives the flavors more time to unite!!

Cook the meat first. I would do it tomorrow am. It will be perfect by dinner time.
