Average person burns 2000 calories a day without doing anything... So thats 800 calories a day for seven days... That's 5600 calories, and you probably burn around 400 on the treadmill for three hours if you walk? Thats another 1200 calories. 4000 calories is a pound of fat so you'll lose a pound and a half a week. That really isn't healthy since you won't have enough energy to keep this up for a long time. Try eating 1500-1700 to keep it safe

Eat high protiens veggies no junk food drink lots of water

It dosen't work like that, as you do the exercise you burn energy (eventualy fat) and loose weight, BUT you also tear millions of muscle fibers which then blead, to form new muscle fibers hence your muscles grow depending on how you exercise. If you do not fuel your body with the food it requires during this healing period then it does not heal properly. you repeat this cycle enough times and you weaken your muscles and will start getting injurys. Also your body is cleaver, after the first week it will start to attempt to store energy in any way it can (fat!) it'l make you feal lathargic to conserve energy and you'l probably give up.

The other option:
Eat a well ballenced diet, if you intend to do 3hrs/day your body is going to need help, not starvation.
Find another reason other than weight loss to do that amount of exercise (take a freind allong, cycle to work etc.)
Listen to your body, when it says it's had enough rest, take a rest day or two.
Finaly dont count your calories, this can escalate, its not worth it.
Good luck!

If you just eat 1200 cal. a day and get 30 min. of moderate exercise a day you should lose 2-3 lbs. a week. Godloveya.

I don't know your height or age... but 1200 calories in combination with 3 hours of working out a day seems a little excessive. 1 hour of aerobics a day is fine for someone trying to lose weight.

If you try this you become very sick from lack of nurishment and over-exercising. Try eating as if you are feeding a thriving furnace in a steam engine while working your body like it's a thriving furnace in a steam engine. There isn't a magic number of calories and if you go too low you get ill. Here's what works, Eat a lot, and work out a lot. We're made for it.

1-3 pounds. Depends on the exercise that you will be doing. Doing that is unhealthy though and I wouldn't recommend.

this is ridiculous. no one can keep that up, unless you're on drugs.

it will backfire, and you will end up gaining weight back, and more.

go on a healthy diet, don't focus on calories, focus on balance, and also a balanced exercise program. People who focus on calories are almost ALWAYS overweight!
