I'm not a big walker so that's out. I need something I can do everyday that's easy and fast. Any suggestions?

I have a upperbody and lowerbody workout routine...that I and several other people do. The work out allows you to tone your body, as well as do cardio and you have the option to lift weights while doing it.
The great thing about them is that you need no weights, no equipment and not alot of space.

Free weights are great for women, you will lose more inches than you can believe... Also, try jumping rope, it's great exercise... do it during commercials when you're watching TV... and dance to the radio....

if you have little/no room in your own home try joining a health club or go to the local gym (or YMCA..if you have one). if you want to stay near home you could jog or walk around your neighborhood.

swimming is the second best exercise out there.
