Brad Morris is an idiot. Don't listen to him.

Marciano was very similar in style to Joe Frazier, who Ali always had trouble with in fights. In addition, Marciano could KO men with either hand, which can't be said for many fighters.

Marciano would win more times than he lost if they fought ten times, but anyone can win a fight on any given night.

Ali was too big (about 30-40lbs heavier) too fast and much taller with a much longer reach. Ali was also a boxer, while marciano was a slugger who would just come in on people. Here's a better question: do you guys think marciano could've beaten George Foreman or Sonny Liston?(both guys were beaten by Ali)

Muhammad Ali - Rocky Loses a decision, possibly a late stoppage. Ali = Too Fast George Foreman - Rock Loses by KO. Foreman is too strong. Joe Louis - Rocky Loses by KO. Rocky beat a Louis who shouldn't even be in the ring. Prime Louis kills Rock. Jack Johnson - Rocky wins by KO. Jack Dempsey - Rocky wins a Split Decision. Mike Tyson - Rocky Loses a unanimous decision. Evander Holyfield - Rocky loses a decision. Lennox Lewis - Rocky loses a decision, He could win if he caught lennox, lennox had no chin. Larry Holmes - Rocky wins by KO. Joe Frazier - Rocky loses a SD. Sonny Liston - Rocky loses by KO.

No i would bet money on Ali. Rocky Marciano never really fought anybody to show that he was even comparable to Ali. You wanna bring up Joe Louis? He was wayyyyy past his prime. Ali's jab, speed, and foot work would've kept Rocky off balance and out of his game all night long. Rocky isn't even on Ali's level. Ali fought so many great fighters. Rocky was undefeated yes, but against who? Ali avenged all of his losses.

This question has been on here before. My dad loved Rocky Marciano and he says he would have beaten any one.

They did fight once... sortof.

The question was asked a lot in Clays early days and the two were matched on computor. The two climbed in the ring and sparred for the cameras, not really letting fly of course Marciano at the time was well past his prime and a tv program was made from it.

Result..

Marciano on points.

Marciano used to hit the opponants arms until they wer dead and they could'nt hold them up anymore so if Ali had of tired his show boating he would have been knocked out.

Marciano was better than Ali.....many people on this forum will not admit this because they hate white boxers like Maskaev and Klitschko.......Ali was a 30 percent boxer, 70 percent promoter. Marciano was 100 percent boxer

This ridiculous question has been asked so many times I've lost count.
The much smaller, crude, immeasurably less skilled Marciano would have stood no chance, NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER against the greatest fighter that ever lived.
