An Alpine audio system vs An Clarion audio system?

When it comes to the head units, also known as recievers or cd players. Get the Clarion. I fell in love with Clarion's pro audio line up. Talk about crystal clear music, no distortion. Also, I got the DXZ series that changes colors. Man, I mean you can set them as where as every few seconds, the illuminated faceplate flip-flops from 2 colors up to about 100 colors. From green to blue to purple to red to orange to yellow to yellow green. It is sick, I promise you. They were the first company I've seen to perfect that. Also they were the 1st company to come out with those radio's that, when your cd or mp3 is playing, you can save your music in the radio, take the cd or mp3 out, and the music is stored into your radio. Tight !!! I think that's called the MUSIC CATCHER line up. Great radio, and I didn't even get into the mobile video one's. Too sum it up. You can get a larger screen in the Clarion ones for a better price than Alpine's. But now everything else, amps, speakers, woofers. Go with alpine. Get you 2 Type - R Alpine subwoofers, and hook it up to and Alpine amp with your Clarion cd player. I guarantee you, they'll crown you KING !!!!!!!!

I like Clarion Pro Audio line. I have had my HD for the last 4 years and brought it off someone. It was made in 1999. I have not had any problems. Most clarion pro audio, have a 7 or 9 band digital eq, which allows u to curve ur sound, also they have subwoofer control. They also have 1 or 2 sets of inputs. I will never use another brand of headunit.

Alpine...definitely. Clarion used to be awesome, but they haven't kept up with the times.

Alpine!, they are far and away the best all around system. Great HU, excellent processing units, great speakers, good subs and moderately powerful amps.

it more of a high end piece of equipment,the internal features will be better,signal to noise ratio,harmonic distortion etc.My last head unit was an alpine,b4 that it was blaupunkt,even much better.I spent 5000.00 on that one,and 1000.00 on the alpine system.

Clarion are crap build quality, Alpine is better, but look arround theres better out there!

I like Alpine more. You should look into Eclipse, some say SQ is better w/ those.
