Also what are the signs of nutrition deficiency in young girls 12-15?

As for weight loss, here's what I know:
Healthy and Sustainable Weight Loss:
First of all, stay away from diet supplements and don't restrict calories too much, both are counterproductive to what you want to achieve. When you do start to eat again, you will be sure to gain back whatever you lose, plus some more. When you don't eat your body perceives itself as starving and lowers your metabolism (how fast you burn calories) to compensate. Instead, you should go for weight loss in a manner that will last.
Your body actually raises its' metabolism each time you eat. What you should do is take your normal diet and spread it out over 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day. This will help give your metabolism a boost.
Stay away from the obvious things - cookies cakes and candies. Soda is a real killer; one twelve ounce can of soda will support about 11 pounds of body weight for a body at rest for an entire day. Don't eat anything within 4 hours of going to bed. And stay away from things made with white flour; your body processes it just like sugar. Eat foods made from whole grains instead.
Any continuous exercise (walking, cycling, etc.) that you do for more than twenty minutes kicks in the fat burning machine. After twenty minutes, on average, your body starts to burn fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. And, you can do your exercises first thing in the morning. This gives your metabolism a boost for the entire day.

I think it is just as unhealthy to do either of those options.

I am not sure about the signs of nutrition deficiency sorry, so I cant help you there.

Every person should be eating breakfast. Breakfast means that you have more energy during the day and that you are less like to binge later on junk food.

Small meal during the day is perfectly all right - but you dont mention anything about dinner. Please make sure you have at least 3 meals a day (however there is also evidence that 4 or 5 small healthy meals is just as good or better for you). Snacking at night can be unhealthy, especially if you eat junk. Eating at night means that the food takes longer to burn off - as you are generally not doing anything at this time of night to burn off the food that you are eating.

The signs and symptoms of anemia are:

As anaemia causes a shortage of oxygen, the main symptom is usually chronic tiredness and palpitations. Other symptoms you may get could include:

Pale appearance
Shortness of breath and dizziness
Fainting
Angina
A red, sore tongue and a reduced sense of taste, this is usually only a symptom with folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia.

I suppose we all should eat at least something for breakfast. A piece of toast and some fruit. Then have a regular lunch and if you are going to eat light in the evening, make sure what you are eating is low fat, low calorie and diet drinks. We do need fruit and veggies every day. About ever other day, I eat them and some meat. You can become anemic by not eating red meat and/or dark green veggies. You would have loss of energy and there are many other health conditions that can happen because of not eating right. I think you are wise for being concerned about your diet and it is good to not allow yourself to get overweight and then you won't suffer as so many people do. If I can be of further help you may contact me.

Look, if there are healthful ideas you'll have healthful peers. If you could have healthful peers you'll have healthful ideas. One follows the an additional. If any one says phrases of heat then my middle (my emotional brain) feels well, however my brain says some thing someplace is improper given that no person can say phrases of heat to persons like me. Its now not my challenge however I do not show my man or woman, so theres rarely any individual who comes to understand so much approximately me. And folks who recognize will choose silence or a small smile to make me think well. :)
