Please don't !! Rapid weight loss is probably the worst thing you can do to your body! On top of that you will gain twice as much afterwards back on...Do it gradually, eat healthy and you'll be ok, maybe slower to get there but at least you'll be alive and well.
I really wish people would stop caring about their weight so much...!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Your height is above average for Indian women. You may have a hereditary bone structure, which may also lead to a larger frame. A total fast like that can cause serious damage. Where is the hurry? A two kilos per week loss is achievable. Try a 1000 to 1200 Calorie balanced diet.

From my experience they just don't work. (from friends and even my boyfriend who felt the urge to take them)
People are willing to take them like sugar pills but honestly the best soultion it just to crack the whip on whoeverself and spend some time eating right and exercising. It may sound old fashioned but it's an age old trick that never fails. And it has amazing side effects.

There isn't one. They're all just well-advertised rip-offs. There isn't a pill that works for weight loss. I wish people would stop looking to these stupid fads that don't work. If you want to lose weight, join a gym and eat as if you have a brain. It works every time.

Paint your own toe-nails as opposed to sitting for a pedicure.

I've heard good things about 5-HTP. Supposedly it helps with depression and weight.
