im trying to start getting off my holidy weight early this year. does anyone know good exercises that help get rid of love handles?

love handles as we come to know those couple of inches of flab that hangs over your belt, is an affectionate term to describe unwanted weight. You know the weight I’m talking about, it’s that flab that looks like rolls when you sit down, it sort of just hangs just over your belt and jiggles when you walk fast or run.

You might have noticed that you’ve gained a couple of pounds while on a mass building phase and your gut is starting to stick out. Maybe you’ve taken a couple months off from training and you’ve noticed that your stomach flab has grown by a couple of inches. Maybe your simply overweight and you want to start looking cool again, well if you want to get rid of those love handles, you might as well start today.

Either way you look at it, those love handles are signals to unwanted weight gain. A weight gain in all the wrong places. Well, if you’re tired of those “love handles” around your waist or just sick and tired of looking into the mirror and seeing that gut stick out, than please, read on.

I get very frustrated when yet again, I see another magical “e-book” that promotes the latest and greatest weight loss program. You know the books I’m talking about, “how to lose weight by sitting on your ass”, or “how to lose 40 pounds in 4 days eating only nuts and fruit”. Well, I’ll tell you right now...


“These Programs Don’t Work!”

That’s right, these programs are gimmicks and they simply don’t work. If you’ve been trying to lose those unwanted love handles and no matter what you do, you simply can’t get the weight off, I got some very important news to tell you. You may not be the problem. The problem lies with the methods you have chosen to work with. Products and programs promising to get rid of 30 pounds of fat in 15 days are gimmicks and gimmicks never work. These are quick fixes and I see where this path leads, it leads to frustration and failure.

Here is the good news. You can succeed and you will succeed using the methods that have been proven to work time and time again. You’ll see first hand that getting rid of those unwanted love handles and burning fat is no secret and that anyone can do it. I’m going to outline to you how to get a good head start.


How do you get rid of those love handles?

I’m going to let you in on something... Anyone can lose weight and body fat. It’s been made out to be so complicated by diet companies and advertisers that you probably think there’s a magical approach to losing weight. Nope, there’s no secret. There are no magical pills or programs out there that you need to know in order to lose those love handles. The only thing you need to in order to lose weight is the desire and the will to lose weight. Attitude is everything.

However, I'm not going to lie to you, losing weight and keeping it off takes hard work but if you have the will and commitment to succeed, it can be done and it’s not as half as complicated as you may think.


You also have to remember that you can't simply lose the weight and fat where you want to lose it. For example, if you have some fat around your waist, you simply can't reduce that area only. When you are getting rid of fat, it will come from all over your body. So, eventually, those love handles will will come off, along with the other spots on your body.


Alright...how to get rid of love handles? How do you burn off those unwanted pounds of fat? Ok, the first thing you need to do is plan out your eating schedule and your exercise program. Sorry, but you can’t focus on one without the other. If you want to quickly burn off those love handles, than your going to have to eat the right foods and your going to have to start exercising. No way of getting around this.

The second thing I did was to provide you with a training regiment to help you turn your body into a fat burning machine.
