Hello,

Don't thaw it first. It will be runny and drippy and soggy. Also, don't cook it on 400. That is too high for a frozen pie.

350 is good and you can pop it in the oven straight from the freezer. After about 30 minutes take a peek and if the crust is getting too brown too fast, cover the whole crust (or just the edges if they are the part getting too well done) with aluminum foil. Keep the foil on for about another 25 minutes then remove it.

Bake it for an additional 10-20 minutes depending on your oven and the thickness of the pie, etc. Make sure there are some slits in the top crust and when you see it bubbling up out of there and the juices are thick and yummy looking, it's done!

***lost of posters are saying 25-30 minutes but I know that is simply not enough time. If you take it out after 30 minutes it'll still have frozen pieces in the center. Trust me.

Pre-heat your oven at 350

Lightly brush it with a beatened egg. This helps for even browning.

Prick (poke) the crust a few times,to let air in. Fruit Pies will burst in a hot oven. DO NOT THAW IT OUT. This will make the filling watery, and the crust will cook faster than the filling.

Place the pie on a cookie sheet. This keeps spills from getting into your oven, and the pie will bake from the middle-out.

Bake from 45min to an Hour until it is nice golden-brown color. Keep your eyes on it. If the outside crust starts to brown too fast, then turn the oven down to 300.

(Think I'll call my mother-in-law. You just reminded me of something-lol)

I think between 350 and 375 degrees for about 50 minutes or until brown

You can. Baked foods often lose a little flavor in the freezer, but it should retain most of the original flavor. When you are ready to eat some, let it thaw a little before reheating. Just try not to thaw and refreeze it multiple times.

I'd do this: Brush the top with a egg wash & bake at 350 for apx. 20 mins. Keep a close eye on it so it doesn't get too brown & when you can smell it, give it 5 more minutes.
