If you are old enough to have an account,i guess your old enough to have a debit card..

There's no age restriction that I know about. Like someone else said, you can get a co-sign from your parents if there is an age restriction. But you should be able to open a checking account with B of A, then from there they will likely issue you a debit card to use as a check card.
