Wal-Mart had some with the Cars theme for boys and the barbie, and Brats theme for girls- the pillows were sewn onto the mat, and the mat was covered in a fabric that was also decorated with the theme- it was too cute and not that plastic stuff like the kindermats that are cold, or have the kids stick to them if they get hot- good luck!

I got a great one several years ago for my daughter from JC Penneys, of all places. She loved it, used it for nap time at preschool, then passed it on to her little sister who now uses it at preschool as well. The one I got is made by the Arizona Jean Company, called a Take-a-Nap, and not only has the mat with a pillow, but has an attached blanket too.

I wish they made these and used them in schools. My son hated taking naps at school because he didn't have a pillow. He said it hurt his neck.I asked why couldn't they bring pillows the teacher said because of lice problems.

Yes, they are out there. Do a search on the web to find custom/comfy ones (i.e. handsewn). If you are going for the generic, then I'd look at kindermats. See source below for example (you can compare prices at other online sites or real stores, too).
