:
2 Sam 22:8-16
Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth.
9 There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.
10 He bowed the heavens also, and came down; and darkness was under his feet.
11 And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: and he was seen upon the wings of the wind.
12 And he made darkness pavilions round about him, dark waters, and thick clouds of the skies.
13 Through the brightness before him were coals of fire kindled.
14 The LORD thundered from heaven, and the most High uttered his voice.
15 And he sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning, and discomfited them.
16 And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the LORD, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils.

Yes, but his weakness was firewater; as discovered by the evil drunken monks of Assyria. They crashed the party Jesus made wine and challenged him to a drink off. Jesus accepted sensing another way of making converts. Yet, much to his dismay and everyone elses. It was discovered that firewater contained trace elements of kryptonite which causes Jesus to loose his flying abilities. Upon seeing this, the evil monks proceeded to run amok and dance to early Prince albums... you know the ones before he became a symbol.

It's true.

And the Lord sayeth, Whoosh! Kapow! Bzap! With His laser-guided homing missiles he did smite the infidels. And He flew overhead and surveyed the destruction He had wrought, and it was good.

it was true at one time, but with those holes in his hands now he can't displace enough air to take off anymore. He just flaps his arms and looks silly now.
