Ghosties and ghoulies and things that go bump in the night?
Nope.

The mediums (or possibly smalls) are people who take advantage of the gullible and put on a good act.
Most of the statements they give are fairly ambiguous.
As for the 'spirits' themselves - my mind is, to be honest, open.
It has been scientifically proved that life cannot exist in the present state. The mysterious 'spark' cannot be measured or replicated.
Yet it exists!
When a sentient being dies, the 'shells' stops working. What happens to the intellect and consciousness?
Again scientists have proved that energy can only change its form, it cannot simply stop.
Therefore the electricity (for want of a better word) cannot 'stop' like the body.
It changes somehow, but into what?
A spirit form of the living body? Perhaps.
Who knows, maybe the Northern lights aren't really the suns rays affected by a magnetic field, maybe it is the accumulated spirits of all the deceased through the ages!

There will always be unexplained happenings throughout the world. If there was nothing to 'find out', the human race would stagnate and begin to die off.

The first person to obtain actual physical proof of the existence will be ridiculed because nobody will believe it.
Me? What do I believe?
I believe that 'something' remains and exists beyond the death of the body BUT that it in some way becomes part of the Earth and doesn't wander around rattling chains and trying to possess Derek Acorah!

As for the fun side......
Take a look at this and turn up the volume to listen carefully!!

Yes very much so, after what i have seen and done i know 100%, but you are going to get stupid remarks here, all these people who do not believe yet spend a lot of their time talking about it, funny that, the thing is first they can not prove it does not exist, and in truth most of them are not sure that's why there here, they are hoping. If someone is not sure then keep an open mind, that's all,

Yeah, sometimes, other times i think lifes to short. Well, put it this way, if the afterlife ghosts and spirits were so important why can we not even prove its existence. Enjoy this life and worry about the after life when you get there.

But, if your like me, you will try and enjoy both at the same time. Astral travelling is the closest you'll get to understanding and experiencing the 'after' life.

There are those who have never saw ghost and who can not see ghost and may never have an experience with a ghost.I can see how they will of course deny the existence of ghost. I have a friend who says she speaks to ghost and I for one tend to believe her. She has told me things about myself that only a ghost would know. Once I lost a math book and she was able to tell me I had left it in a restaurant the day before and she didn't even know I had been to that restaurant. I believe she can actually talk to ghost. I went back to the restaurant and they had my math book. OO

No sorry. I think that I am too much of a 'call a spade a spade' person. To me when you die, you are buried in the ground, or end up as an urn full of ashes. Don't get me wrong I have very fond memories of the loved ones that I have lost, but that's all they are - memories, I don't believe that they have gone to heaven/hell or that they are with us.

I think sometimes, that the pain of losing someone or knowing that they are going to die is very difficult to deal with, and that if believing that the person who's passed away is around you gets you through your grief, then so what ? If it helps, go for it.

You asked 4 questions. The final question is 'do you bleieve in this?" Do i've got self belief in what? life after dying? ghosts? spirits? those are all distinctive subject concerns. you should be greater particular with your question. attempt one question at a time so human beings would be attentive to which question you % responded.

There is no such thing as life after death. No ghosts either. Bible is clear on that. But there are spirits, good ones and bad ones. either from God or the devil. These spirits are strong, and know us well. and they can convince us they are dead loved ones, even talking like them, etc. But, God says the dead know nothing. They arent talking to us, the dead. Its evil spirits. And, God warns us over and ober about them. We are to bind them in the name of Jesus Christ, and continue to follow Christ, and God will make the leave us alone. They can try to talk to us and we dont hear them, if we are being obedient to God. But, when we wont follow God or obey Him,, they are able to reach out to us and lead us into so much destructin and chaos, all pulling us away from God.
PPL if they only read all of the Bibleand studied it will know the answers to all of these things, and of the warnings God tells us all. Why wont we just read it? Its a place to begin.

As a Buddhist, I believe in rebirth, yes AND I believe that there are people whose minds are so laden with grasping and attachment that some refuse to move on to a rebirth and therefore wander around like "spirits".
