There are still five, three of them are just dead, or actually just drowned, which is not necessarily dead, because the other two may have known fishy CPR and revived them.

I don't think fish can drown, but if they could there would be 5 left. 2 living and 3 dead.

actually fish can drown if you take out the three percent disolved oxygen in the water the fish cannot survive.anyone who owns a fish tank or aquarium knows this. so 5-3=2
