Yes, very normal. Just like girls, boys mature at different speeds. Some may start to grow hair at 11 or 12, some not until 16 or 17. So no worries.

But be careful about going "a little far". You don't say exactly what that means, but remember that just cuz he's not hairy doesn't mean he can't get you pregnant. Maybe it's time to talk to your mom, doctor, Planned Parenthood, etc. about birth control if you haven't already. Be safe... the risks are too high not to!

Well guys get hair down there at ages from 12-15. Some are late bloomers. I'm 15 and I've had pubes since b4 I can remember. Or he could shave/trim it. It gets in the way some time. Really uncomfortable. He could not have hit puberty, which is odd at 14.

I was really young too.. maybe 10 or 11.
All guys are different. check under his arms. Does he shave?
Maybe he shaved down there?

oh yea, at 14 what the heck are you doing entering the forbidden area of a boy? It's for his pleasure only. Wait until your 18.

I got my pubes pretty young, the buttcrack hair is the worst of the pubes. But I did shave it when it started coming in because I was wierded out by it, but I mean even if he does shave it you should notice the stubble.

im not sure what the average age is but my son started at 8yrs. it freaked the hell out of me. but when my boy friend was around that age he said he had hair. every one goes at their own pace though. i was a late bloomer as far as female develpoment goes. i had no shame. besides i wasnt fooling around with boys to the extent you are to even know whats going on with their bodies.

My bf started at 17. He now is 49 and looks fantastic.
It happens eventually, just like women getting there period.

did he shave it off? its cool if he doesnt cuz it sucks when they do have hair ( i personally hate it). that part of the puberty process just hasnt caught up to him yet. he's all good and GO for more play time.

You are too young to be "fooling around"...especially if you have to ask a question like this.
