What happens if you forget to add the vanilla when you make fudge?

Depending on the kind you make, likely nothing. The flavour is better with the vanilla in it, but will be fine without. No worries!

Nothing. Vanilla just brings out the chocolate flavor more.

It just won't have the yummy goodness of vanilla bean infused in with the rest of the flavors. It should still turn out fine.
