Seems like it to me, everyone sees someone on TV and then all of a sudden they were born gay-give me a break! Being gay is a choice that they made, Bi is just confusion about who they are.

Yes. As a real bisexual I'm continually annoyed by people claiming to be bisexual and publicising it to fit in with the emo subculture. It's more common among girls as they are more willing to be open and experiment. However, I think anyone in their twenties claiming to be bi genuinely means it.
Either way, sexuality isn't a three way stepper switch. It's a sliding scale. Very rarely are people 100% straight or 100% gay, it's just one side is much more dominative. Bisexuals such as myself have opposing sides of sexuality, Such as the yinyang.
Speaking personally, I don't feel sexually about girls the same way I do about guys, vice versa. The submission/domination feelings are inverses with each gender. The way I rate a female and male sexual partners are very different, etc.
I think with bisexuality becoming a fad more people are discovering themselves to be more open and true with their sexuality, but again, (especially in teen chatrooms) bisexuality is a "trend."

Where have you been for the past 30 years? Bi-sexuality is nothing new. It's just not in the closet any more. Like a lot of other things.
Nope, not a fad. Been around for a while. You just haven't seen it.
Welcome to the real world.

It may be a fad to some but it's not always like that. Some people are truly confused and find themselves in the middle. Others like myself are truly just attracted to both sexes. With no explanation to it except that it just is what it is.

Maybe it's just more acceptable to be bi.
A lot of people think witchcraft is a "fad" without realizing that it's always been practiced, you just couldn't advertise it for the past couple thousand years without getting killed.
I think many people are naturally at least slightly bisexual.

there has been greater cultural popularity of bisexuality in females, it is why you spot women claiming to be bi yet under no circumstances adult men. With artist like Megan Fox, Fergie, and Ke$ha popping out as bi, and Katy Perry's hit "I Kissed a woman", i might say women merely want to be widespread and look thrilling, to not point out that particularly some them like the attention they get from adult men by utilising claiming to be bi. it is merely gonna die out ultimately like numerous different vogue accessible. and then probably come again. and then die out returned.

Most people are actually bisexual, there just hasn't been a lot of it because people tend to go with what society wants. Now people are more open so there are more bisexuals.

Sometimes yeah, people claim bisexuality to seem cool. Bisexuality, REAL bisexuality, isn't something you invent to seem like a hip kid. Most people who claim it just to fit into a certain group aren't bi, they're just trendy.
