I've noticed that recently I've developed really bad breath. I've tried changing my diet. Tried changing my toothpaste. Tried changing my mouthwash. I've even tried brushing my teeth three times day.

Im even going to stop rimming arseholes for a week.

Can anyone recommend any nice mints?

The problem with your breath is probably your tongue. This is where you need to be brushing. Try brushing your tongue and the sides and roof of your mouth. After you have given it a good scrub, use your mouthwash. This should help.
Good Luck.

For fresh, clean, kiss-worthy breath, Dr. Katz offers the following plan of attack:

• Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. A dry mouth may lead to bad breath.

• Keep your tongue clean. GENTLY brush it at least once daily with a SOFT nylon toothbrush. (One to try: REACH® ADVANCED BETWEEN CLEAN Toothbrush, which features rows of soft, multi-level bristles.) And beware of sharp tongue cleaners, which can cause severe damage to your tongue if used improperly.

• Choose sugar-free “breath mints” or “breath gum” -- bacteria feed off sugar.

• Don’t smoke! It has an immediate drying effect.

• Eat breakfast! Hunger breath is apparent throughout the day if the morning meal is omitted.

• Snack on fresh and fibrous vegetables (carrots, celery) and fruits (apples, oranges) and cut down on deep-fried foods. Diet may be one big factor involved in halitosis (bad breath). Shun infamous bad breath foods: onions, garlic, cabbage, brussel sprouts, coffee, dairy foods and alcohol.

• Keep in mind that 70 percent of all prescription medications may create malodorous breath as a side effect. A good rule of thumb: drink plenty of water with any medicine.

AND, no matter what, flossing is an important weapon against fighting plaque – a cause of bad breath. Your ultimate weapon? Floss regularly with new Johnson & Johnson REACH® CLEAN BURST™ Floss, which explodes with a burst of freshness while effectively removing plaque between teeth.

Get a tonque scraper. 90% of bad breath comes from the coating that forms on the tongue; make sure to reach back as far as possible.
