Well, yes, quite honestly. Take it from a fat guy who's been there. That's a road you DO NOT want to go down. All the vomit does insane damage to your throat. It hurts like hell after a while. And apparently it does some damage to your teeth too. Why ruin a healthy smile? The only truly effective way to lose the weight is to work at it. I've been eating less and exercising more to lose weight. The key is self-control and self-discipline. It is a slow process but you know, when you start to see results, the feeling is amazing. All the work you've put into it. It's extremely satisfying. It's not worth doing some damage to your body to lose weight.

Yes, inducing vomit is very bad for you. First of all your are not getting any of the nutrients of the food you are eating.

You also a throwing up some stomach acid which doesn't do much if you only throw up once every 30 years, but when you throw up often it east away at you.

Don't do it, just try to avoid seconds, and do some excercise. There is not real easy way to loose wait.

There are some pills that help remove appetite.

How old are you? cause seriously, unless you're like 12, I can't understand how you've never heard of anorexia and bulimia. If you have heard of these, then you should know that what you're planning to do is part of the symptoms of both DISEASES, and therefore, hun, YES it is a bad thing. I'm not going to say do it, or don¡t do, because I think it's better if you decide for yourself, but please at least, realize what you're doing before asking a lame, and a bit stupid question. So go here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anorexia_nervosa , and find out for yourself how bad throwing up can be.

Yes. This is very bad.

What you have is a disorder called bulimia nervosa. It is considered an eating disorder, but usually points to deeper emotional problems. Most commonly this disorder is found in teenagers, so if you are in middle school or high school you should go talk to one of your school's counselors. If you are in college you should seek out the mental health services on campus.

At first it may seem benign to simply eat a lot, then throw it back up, but there can be lasting health problems. You can find more information here.

This is very bad. It can be a disease: bulimia. Your stomach acids will make your teeth rot and your throat burn. It is very unhealthy. If you are not obese be happy with your body. It's one of the only things otheres can't take away from you. If you are obese, eat healthy food and set a schedule for excercise.

yes, you will deprive your body of the minerals and nutrients it needs to survive. Also, you could really damage your esophagus (the acids from your stomach). Girl, I am in the process of losing weight. There is no quick solution. Diet and exercise and it makes you feel great, energy, mood, etc.

of course its bad... your body needs the energy that you eat to function... and vomiting your dinner up only causes throat issues and will eventually wreak havoc on your teeth...

here's a helpful hint... decrease the input (food) and increase the output (exercises)...
