Wash your hair with anti-build up shampoo and rinse your hair with 100% pure apple cider vinegar. it really helps

You should use a CLARIFYING SHAMPOO once a week. And then follow with a DEEP CONDITIONER (the leave in for 15 minutes at least kind) and even wrap with a hot towel.

And just a FYI, with HARD WATER ~ you should use less shampoo (the more of a product you use the more stays in your hair and the less rinses out) so use everything sparingly.

You have to condition your hair with a deep conditioner. I would suggest Redken Extreme Pak. Also get a stripping Shampoo. Once a week for the stripping Shampoo

get a Johnathon Product shower head. It sounds stupid, but it really does make your hair softer & feel better. It takes the impurities out of your water, so it is more like washing your hair with bottled water.

there is a shower head that reduces that..it like clean it out! really! i just saw an infomercial on it. i dont know if it is in stores, but you should google it.
