I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer over thirty times. Usually, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, rinse it with warm water, blot off the excess water with a clean towel, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I cut and pasted from those who voted it as the best answer, (Copied and pasted as written. Capital letters seen are as originally answered)

Get some Benzyol peroxide 5% and apply to pimple. Drink at least 8 fluid ounces of water a day. Carrots and and veggie or fruit that has a lot of vitamin a helps skin heal faster. However it is one of the few vitamins that you can overdose on so make sure you do not eat way too much. Make sure you are not over washing your face only once or twice a day with a gentle alcohol free wash and then try applying aloe vera gel to balance the ph or use an alcohol free toner to balance the skins ph.Touch your face as little as possible as hands have a lot of bacteria on them. Try using Bare minerals makeup and make sure to wash the brushes weekly so they do not build up bacteria. Apply fresh papaya to your skin as this can help to gently exfoliate since scrubbing and picking at the pimples will only irritate them. Do not use alcohol or any alcohol based product. Also you can wet a tea bag, black tea works well and hold it on your pimples for a little while. This helps take down the redness and swelling.

Trying Neutragena Oil-Free Acne Wash has made my face look better.
[1] Wash face 2 or 3 times each day.
[2] Follow with Alcohol-Free Toner (I use Loreal or Neutragena)
[3] Use moisturizer: Cetaphil lotion or Lubriderm Sensitive Skin Treatment.
[4] Apply Clearasil Benzoil Peroxide blemish treatment on problem areas. (Also drink plenty of water, walk or play or exercise more, drink "real fruit juice" for vitamins)

Clear Healthy Skin Doesn't Just Happen

Maintaining healthy skin is one of the most sought after traits in the United States today. Diets high in salt, fats, and animal products are contributing factors to unhealthy skin conditions. Additionally, genetics, hormonal imbalance, industrial pollutants, allergies, and stress can make your skin worse.

Many experts agree that cleaning up your diet and ensuring you have adequate levels of basic nutrients can help nutritionally support healthy and glowing skin. There are a few strong studies which show friendly bacteria, probiotics, greatly help this process.

try putting a little bit of vineagar on them and wait about 30 seconds and then rinse with cold water, and put on some face lotion, the next morning, mix 3/4 cup of brown sugar with 3 oz of milk mix it up until it is fully blended and put it on your face as if it was a scrub.do this for about a week and i am sure you will see the differance.....this is very inexpensive, and because of the natural materials you be using, it is healthier for your skin than any product from the store...........hope this helps!!

If it is acne pimples, I didn't think they "itched". Are you sure it isn't an allergic reaction to the face wash or soap you have been using or the kind of make-up you use? Also, your face might be breaking out due to some kind of food you are allergic to.

For the pimples you have right now try toothpaste regular not the gel kind, put a dab of it on them before bed... You may want to invest in Proactiv it worked for me! All my friends and family use it too!!
