i want more curves and i've tried eating more since the new year started but i havent gained much weight...and i dont just want to gain weight i want to be fit too so im lifting weights. what i really want is MORE HIPS AND THIGHS anyone have any ideas?

Don't go overboard baby! Just "eating" might addict you to more fattening foods, leading to Diabetes or being overweight!

I have to get my underwear from the girls section (size 14 in 'girls' size) and I search hard for my bra size: 32a. So I am right there with you. I feel awkward being little, too. But, I'm happy to be healthy, instead of suffering from back pain from too-large chest or high Cholesterol from being too big.

along with lifting weights regularly you need to start counting calories so that you know how much you are really consuming and not guessing how much.

increase your caloric intake by 10% every 2 weeks until weight gain occurs.

eat and exercise for tone not loss or building muscles,...and remember three full meals a day

cross your legs all the time, because it helps to create curves on women
