Ask him to leave. It's hard because you work at the mall, and there's so many people around, however inform him what time you take your breaks, and lunch and inform him that you can meet him then. However that while you're working you're not allowed to have personal visits, unless you're planning on buying everything in the store.

I would very bluntly tell him that I am working & not to bother me. If he has a problem with that I can call security & we can all talk about it.

First you try talking to him and let him know that you don't approve of it. If that doesn't do the trick tell him he could cause you to lose your job if he doesn't stop. If all else fails, have security escort him out.
