God has not nor can He forgive Satan according to Scripture. Nor can we forgive him. Our sin is through inheritance, Satan was a perfect being knowing right from wrong. His sin was and is willful, and for that he will be destroyed, and his followers along with him.

I'm Satanic. The only bad things that have happened in this world were because masses of people were told to.

Spreading the word is very violent. You see, there are missionaries in other countries who are just fine without a god. But, they are there to give them hope, but the missionaries staff are fat slobs who feed the natives their crumbs.

satan hasnt done anything without gods permission

furthermore to satan is tempting you is to imply that satan is omnipresent, and thus has yet another charactersitic of god.
(technically the bible never says anything about angels being omnipresent, and in fact angels have physical bodies much like ours, Genesis chapter 6 explains how they would come down and take a "daughter of man" as their own - lucifer was an angel at one point)

so who should we forgive, the dog who bit us? or the owner of the dog who let (or gave permission to) his dog bite us?

No.

Jesus openly condemned Satan and his demons.

Satan is not human, nor are the demons, they are a lower form of creation (demons are known as fallen angels).

We are called to stomp him under our feet and take back what he stole from us.

:)

It's a great way of channeling anger by the way. Just scream at Satan and Praise God.
