An Aquarius son how fun!!! I would ask his older cousins (if he has any) or two nieghbor kids to come and sort of host the party. They can come up with really cool ideas and little kids love hanging out with "big kids". Make sure their boys seven year old boys claim they don't like girls and they won't want to play with a girl.

There are some traveling petting zoos... (I'm not sure how much $$ they cost)

Bowling?

How about a movie party? Have everyone meet at your house, do the present thing and the cake thing, then treat all of the kids to a new movie at the theatre (They can ride with you or meet up there)

Also, most arcades (other than chuckee cheese) do a birthday party thing...

It may be too cold where you live, but maybe a waterpark?

Regular Zoo or Aquariam?

Rent an inflable and let the kids play in the yard....

OH! Some fire departments have a special truck that they will bring to parties and they let the kids play on it. They also have a little fake house they bring out and give the kids a brief instructyion on how to get out of a fire. I know that that sounds weird but my sister had a firetruck party for my neices and it was quite the hit!

Hire a magician, clown or puppeteer
