im 14, 5 foot 4, and 108 pounds. i have pretty skinny arms and a flat tummy but i have pretty big thighs for my body. i am thinking about doing some kind of exercises for my legs but im not sure what kind to do and if exercising will make them bigger instead of smaller.

Ummm i wish that that's 40 two kg, and not 142! xD i'm an analogous age as you, and have an analogous 'project' yet once I see different females that are truly over wait i think chuffed for myself. do purely not end doing activities, and be chuffed approximately what you have. P.S. Legs that once you stand mutually they don't touch do not truly look that great. Oh, yeah, and boys many times do not truly like that :), purely sayin'

squats lunges and step ups all with a light weight. Running and bike riding are also good, but you need to make sure you are taking in enough protein as well to help build muscle and get rid of the fat.

Do some cycling exercise, let your legs perspire. I read this from a magazine. Make this a routine.

it will make them bigger. what you should do is cardio to burn out the fat from your thighs. also if you cross your legs you shouldnt because crossing your legs causes thigh fat.
