Well as I see your interests are Photography I would first say that a date would be an all day affair. First an early morning hike to photograph wildlife in the white mountian national forest (New Hampshire) then depending on your mood another photo run at someof the most scenic areas I have to show you. and that evening a quaint dinner at this great Itailian resturant I know of right on the shores of Lake Winnipasaukee, and that night Dancing at the Nassua club

OK I would take you to view the sites of our wonderful town. First we would go to the highest tower look out over the city maybe have a drink at the bar there.
Then we would go visit the landmarks walk by the fountain. then we would choose a place to eat. enjoy our dinner.
After that lets get a cup of coffee at a coffee house maybe share a slice of cheesecake, and talk about what life means to us both.
And last as a true gentlemen I would drop you off at your door step a hug. no kiss this is only our first date.

All my first dates last about 15 minutes because I don't want to spend time with someone, and I'm assuming they don't want to waste their time either, with someone who there isn't a reason to go on a second date with and spend more time with.
That being the case, let's assume we had a second date. I'm thinking we could start out around noonish and take a hike together. There's this really cool trail that goes from my little town out to the lake. It's 5.6 miles one way and a leisurely walk last about 3.5 hours. Time enough to talk about plenty.
Next: we could get cleaned up so we could start fresh for the evening. Quick shower and change of clothes.
After that, it would be off to dinner at a local favorite of mine. You better like Mexican food and margaritas.
Then we could get in a game of putt-putt because I am the putt-putt king! Plus I would want to check you out some more while you made your shots.
After I whooped your hiney in putt-putt we could hit the dancefloor and hopefully you can show me some great moves.
This is all assuming we hit it off and could handle the pace. I'm thinking in the wee hours of the morning, between our two noggins, we could pull off a caper or two - but I'd leave that option on the table.
The third date though is where things get tricky. See I like to test women out to see if they have what it takes in a sticky situation. White water rafting, sky diving, rattlesnake roundup, small unit urban tactics, you know...run of the mill stuff.

I would have invited you at my house. Cooked for you. A candlelight dinner. Bent on my knees i would have asked you for a dance. And then with the beautiful song kissed you. Sorry I got carried away. I loved the idea of date myself.
