Here's what I'll buy from your company if you will just be kind enough to start manufacturing them. It probably won't even involve getting a new patent, just remake some things so they work better.

1) Stop making pencils, pens, lipstick, etc. in cylandrical shapes. I am tired of chasing them when they roll off the table.

2) Start making paper shredders with a handle on the top, so that they can be emptied without placing the top on the floor and spilling paper shreds everywhere.

3) I would like a smaller, quieter lawn mower. About the size of a vacuum cleaner.

4) While you're at it, I'd like garden tools for women. No, I don't want pink garden tools, just tools that utilize lower body strength instead of upper body strength. Example: put a foot bar on "the Garden Weasle."

5) Please make a small device whose only functiuon is to chime or beep softly every 15 minutes when motion is not detected. This device can be attached to car keys, remotes, or other stuff I lose.

And I didn't mean to "star" my own question just now (blush!)

you could attach small buttons that led light up and beep. 5? of them put on keys, wallet, lighter...whatever. You have a main remote. on watch or cell phone? press locate and they all light up or select one.

Pencils and pens are already made in odd shapes or hexagonal.
I've seen lipsticks in square tubes. Clinique in particular has them (or did when I was younger).

You might be able to make a quieter lawn mower as long as you made it smaller and electrical. Which means it would take a LOT LONGER to cut your grass and you'd possibly have to invest in an extension cord. If you could think of a way to do this it would mean a nice patent for you. Which you could easily turn around and sell the rights for to sears or another major corp.

I don't know about beeping every 15 Min's.
I just can't imagine getting any sleep if all the 5 remotes are beeping in my room.

I like the idea but may have a button that postpone the beep for 4,8 or 16 hours.
I think you can still get stick clocks that will beep on the hour.

Really cool ideas! I would love to have a number 5. I'm always losing the t.v. remote and other things. I would so buy it! And that number 2 paper shredder idea is perfect. An I always hate load lawnmowers.
Great Ideas!!!

Heh.

Pencils are already made in hexagonal shapes for that precise reason...

I can just imagine trying to find lost keys if they beeped once every fifteen minutes. It is bad enough just trying to figure out which smoke detector has a low battery... and you already know where all of them are!
