well it depends: is she your friends? or does she not really know you that well?
either way just be yourself and definitley do NOT do something you wouldn't usually do!
i think you should tell her how you feel and maybe walk with her or hang out with her and get to know her friends a little bit better! i fshe shows some interest then let her get to know your friends too then after getting to know each other better ask her out! if she says yes , grreat! if not, thats okay just be friends you can try again in the future (not in the NEAR future though <3)
