Place to have wedding in Whittier, CA??

I'm looking for a nice reception site (possibly a place that would be nice to hold the wedding at too) in Whittier, CA. Over 100guests, want something with a nice view and working on a budget. If any of you know of a place I'd appreciate it. Or if you have any feedback on places to avoid let me know!

I did a quick search right in Whittier and found Crystal Marquis, Friendly Hills Country Club, and Swiss Park Banquet Center.
You can also search by type of view (beach, garden, etc.).

Also, just a word of advice: When choosing a reception site, don't just look at the booking rate or food/drink minimum. A botanical garden may look cheaper than a hotel, but keep in mind how expensive it can be to bring in tents, generators, and even port-a-potties. This is why at-home weddings can suddenly get so expensive and stressful. If you want to keep costs down, the best thing you can do is have your wedding on a Friday or Sunday instead of a Saturday night. This will help you to keep recpetion site fees down.
