I'm in New York (manhattan) and i want to have some real good night life, but i'm only 17?

however i'm not Us citizen and rules of legal age of US shouldn't apply to me as long as a carry my passport around Right?

anyway pleas give me cool places to visit where people are nice and friendly, from clubs to dinner places..
